When you pack for the beach, it’s important to consider how your beach bag and the rest of your belongings will fit in the sea.
Most bags have a “cabin” which can be opened up and used for storing water or food items, but the same bag can also hold other items such as a beach bag, a camera, and a phone.
If you’re planning to go swimming, a bag that’s been carefully folded can be used as a small waterproof camera, or it can also be used to store personal items like your phone.
And if you’re packing a beach backpack, it will probably have pockets for your keys and credit cards, a water bottle for water and a toothbrush for brushing.
Here are some tips to keep in mind when packing for the sea…1.
Pack for maximum comfort and safetyA bag that is stuffed to the gills will provide maximum comfort for you and your family, but if you pack it too tight, you may find yourself with bags that feel as if they’re stuffed to bursting.
When it comes to packing, it is important to pack the bag tightly, and this will also help you compress the bag, which means it will be easier to move around the sea and also make your life easier.2.
Pack the right sizeThe bigger the bag is, the bigger the weight you’ll need to carry.
The larger the bag the more weight it will need to store, so pack accordingly.
It is best to pack your bag with the bag on the outside of the pack and the bottom of the bag should be at least 4cm away from the water surface.
A large water bottle is ideal for this, as is a large pocketbook.3.
Pack a small pocketThe smaller the pocket size, the more space you’ll have in the bag.
A smaller pocket will mean you’ll be able to carry more items and a smaller pocket means you’ll find more room for the water bottle.4.
Pack with easeThe more you pack, the easier it will become to pack.
If your bag is too large, you’ll want to pack it as gently as possible.
If the bag becomes too heavy, you can try opening the bag a little and finding the extra space you need, but always pack as quietly as possible to make sure you don’t damage your bag.5.
Pack comfortablyThe more comfortably you pack the more room you’ll gain in the ocean.
If it is uncomfortable to pack, pack a small backpack and use a hand pack to pack up.
A hand pack will make it easier to open and pack your items.
A small bag will help you pack more quickly.6.
Pack at the beachThe beach bag should always be packed to the brim, or close to it.

Keep a small bag in the pack to protect it from the elements.7.
Pack away on a beachThe bag you pack should always stay away from water, so it will not be exposed to the elements or get soaked.
The bag should also be packed as close to shore as possible, to prevent your gear from getting caught in the waves.8.
Pack on a sand beachThe sand beach is an ideal location to pack on a sandy beach.
As the waves come, they’ll push the bag away from you, creating a barrier.
But it’s not always the case that a beach is ideal.
Some sand beaches have little water in the sand, which can make it difficult to pack safely.
If the beach is too soft for you, you might want to consider packing a smaller sand bag instead.
If, for example, you have a small beach bag with you at the start of the day and you’re not comfortable going out into the sand to pack anything, then you can pack your small bag at the end of the afternoon and not worry about it.
If sand beaches are too hard to pack in, consider packing your sand bag in a small, open pocket to protect your items from the sand.9.
Pack your water bottles in the front pocketIf you’re going out to sea for the first time, it might be a good idea to pack a smaller beach bag in front of you.
It’s not the most comfortable way to pack but it will make your beach a bit more comfortable and secure.10.
Pack in the waterThere are times when you might be in need of extra water.
If so, pack it into the back of your beach backpack and pack it securely in a pocket, like the one in the image below.
If there is a problem with the water, it may be easier for you to pack and move around in the surf without the risk of water getting into your backpack.11. Pack water
